Creamy Ham & Noodle Casserole
2 cups cooked ham, chopped 2 eggs, beaten 1 cup sour cream 1 1/2 tablespoons dried, minced onion 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese 12 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
How to cook:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs and sour cream until smooth.
2. Add ham, minced onion, salt, and cheese.
3. Gently fold in egg noodles, turning to coat well.
4. Transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
P.S. watch the casserole during the last 10 - you might need to put foil over to prevent the edges from getting too brown.
